摘要
以响沙湾旅游区为研究对象,立足游客旅游体验感知,以游客网络旅游点评为样本,借助ROST CM6软件对样本进行统计分析,提取7个主类目和17个次类目进行游客情绪归类和质量评价.研究结果表明,响沙湾旅游地为游客提供了积极情绪的情感体验,但是消极情绪的情感体验在部分方面有所体现,游客对景观、娱乐活动、旅游交通和旅游购物等体验的满意度较高,对环境、餐饮和住宿等体验存在不满情绪.
Taking Xiangsha Bay tourism area as the research object, based on tourist experience percep-tion and visitor reviews on the web, the paper attempts to explore the improvement of tourist experience quality. With the aid of ROST CM6 software, samples were statistically analyzed. Seven main categories and 17 secondary categories were extracted. The results show that: Xiangsha Bay tourism area could pro- vide tourists with positive emotional experiences. But the emotional experience of negative emotions was reflected in part, such as environment, food and accommodation experience.
