摘要
被动式胎压监测系统作为一个软件模块集成在ESP软件中,无需额外硬件要求,通过车辆传感器信号的处理对轮胎的滚动半径和频谱参数进行逻辑计算实现胎压监测,可以满足不同国家和地区的胎压监测系统法规要求。相对于在4个车轮上安装轮胎压力传感器的主动式胎压监测系统有很大的成本优势,而轮胎滚动半径分析和频谱特性分析的逻辑算法是被动式胎压监测系统的核心技术,因此对其逻辑算法研究具有重要意义。
The indirect Tire Pressure Monitoring System (iTPMS) is as a software component integrated in the ESP (Electrical -Stability -Program) software without extra hardware requirement, which through sensor fusion and signal processing is able to monitor the tire pressure with two main principles: Wheel Radius Analysis (WRA) and Wheel Spectrum Analysis (WSA), in that iTPMS can fulfill the different mandatory requirements in the world. It is the most cost efficient solution for TPMS compared with the direct TPMS with 4 pressure sensors installed in the wheels. The logic of WRA and WSA are the technical key points of iTPMS system, and the research on the logic make sense.
