猪殃殃酚类成分研究

Studies on chemical constituents of Galium aparine

采用正相、反相硅胶柱色谱、葡聚糖凝胶柱、半制备高效液相色谱(HPLC)对猪殃殃氯仿和乙酸乙酯部位进行了化学成分的研究,分离得到了9个酚类化合物,分别为:对苯二甲酸二丁酯(1),原儿茶酸丁酯(2),原儿茶酸乙酯(3),二氢咖啡酸乙酯(4),顺式咖啡酸乙酯(5),没食子酸甲酯(6),7-羟基-6-甲氧基色酮(7),1-丙烯酸-3-(3,4-二羟苯基)戊酯(8),1-(3,4-二羟基苯)丙酮(9).这9个化合物都是首次从该属植物中分离得到.

Separation of chloroform and ethyl acetate fromGalium versicolor L.was carried out by high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）with normal phase,reverse phase silica gel column,sephadex column and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography.Nine compounds were isolated,dibutyl terephthalate（1）,protocatechuic acid ethyl ester（2）,ethyl protocatechuate（3）,dihydrocaffine ethyl ester（4）,cis-caffeic acid ethyl ester（5）,methyl gallate（6）,7-hydroxy-6-methoxycarbonylketone（7）,3-（3,4-dihydroxyphenyl）pentyl1-propenoate（8）,3′,4′-dihydroxybenzene）acetone（9）,all of which were isolated from this genus for the first time.
