摘要 硫酸烷基化装置是目前生产清洁汽油的主要装置之一,装置中管道的主要腐蚀类型是硫酸腐蚀和碱应力腐蚀开裂。硫酸对管道的腐蚀主要影响因素有硫酸的浓度、操作温度、流速和流动状态等。硫酸烷基化装置中含酸管道材料主要为碳钢,而阀门主体材料为Alloy 20合金或哈氏合金,垫片采用Alloy 20+PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)缠绕垫,阀门填料选用PTFE。为减缓硫酸对管道的腐蚀,除提高材质外,还应采取控制操作温度、降低流速、采用大半径弯头、采用对焊连接方式代替承插焊连接(或螺纹连接)以及选用全通径阀门等措施。 At present,sulfuric acid alkylation unit is one of the main units for the production of clean gasoline,in which the main pipe corrosion types are sulfuric acid corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. Main factors affecting the tube corrosion are concentration,operating temperature,flow rate and state. In sulfuric acid alkylation unit,materials of the main pipe,valve,gasket and valve packing are carbon steel,Alloy 20 or Hastelloy,Alloy 20 + PTFE spiral wound gasket and PTFE,respectively.In order to slow down sulfuric acid corrosion to the pipeline,several measures shall be taken into consideration such as upgrading material,controlling operating temperature,reducing flow rate,using large radius elbows to reduce erosion,using butt welding instead of socket welding or threaded connection and using full port valves.
