摘要
介绍了某公司2.1 Mt/a蜡油加氢裂化装置高压螺纹锁紧环换热器1110-E01006在投料试车催化剂预硫化阶段发生的管束内漏事故,从换热器管箱结构特点、工艺流程、查漏裂纹形态及特征等多方面,综合分析了该换热器内漏的原因,并提出了相应的处理措施和建议。
Internal leakage of a tube bundle occurred in the stage of catalyst prevulcanization. The tube bundle was located in1110-E01006 heat exchanger of 2. 1 Mt/a VGO hydrocracking unit. Comprehensive analysis of the internal accident was made in several aspects,such as structural characteristics of heat exchanger,process and cracking,and then corresponding measures and suggestions were offered accordingly.
