摘要
【目的】实现枸杞品质的直观监测及自动、精准的分级处理.【方法】采用MATLAB数字图像处理工具对枸杞图像进行处理,获取枸杞的面积尺寸、颜色特征;通过提取破损、油粒(即黑斑部分)部位的轮廓对其面积进行填充,根据其面积占整个枸杞面积的比例进行判断和分级处理.【结果】该方法能够准确提取枸杞的大小、颜色和缺陷的特征参数.【结论】该方法能够为枸杞的无损检测系统提供技术参考.
【Objective】In order to monitor the quality of Chinese wolfberry,and to realize classification automatically and accurately.【Method】A method was developed based on digital image processing tools of MATLAB.Firstly,the image of berry was handled with the tools,the area and color characteristic were obtained.Secondly,the profile of defective portion was extracted and filled them with a blank,according to the proportion of the blank to judge and classify.【Result】The method extracted characteristic parameters of size,color,defects of berries accurately.【Conclusion】The method provides a reference for non-destructive detection system of Chinese wolfberry.
