初孕妇发生妊娠糖尿病和产后糖尿病的相关因素分析

Analysis of related factors influencing primigravidas with gestational diabetes mellitus and postpartum diabetes

目的:探讨初孕妇发生妊娠糖尿病和产后糖尿病的相关因素。方法:回顾性分析180例出现妊娠糖尿病与未发生妊娠糖尿病的孕妇。结果:两组患者的年龄、学历与家庭收入存在差异,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者在孕前体重指数、糖尿病家族病史、空腹血糖水平以及孕早期总胆固醇水平上差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);产后糖尿病组初次产检时、末次产检时、产后10周时的空腹血糖水平高于非妊娠糖尿病组(P<0.05)。结论:初孕妇发生妊娠糖尿病的危险性因素包括孕妇的孕前体重指数、糖尿病家族病史、孕早期总胆固醇水平等;

Objective：To explore the factors related to gestational diabetes mellitus （GI）M） and postpartum diabetes mellitus in primigravidas. Methods ：180 pregnant women with GDM and non - GDM were retrospectively analyzed. Results：There were some differences in the age, educa- tion and family income of the two groups, but the difference was not statistically significant（ P 〉 0.05 ）. There were significant differences in body mass index （ BMI）, diabetes mellitus （DM） family history, fasting plasma glucose （FPG） levels and Total cholesterol （TC） levels in the first tri- mester （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The FPG levels of initial production, the last production and 10 weeks postpartum in the GDM group were higher than those in the non - GDM group. Conclusion：The risk factors of gestational diabetes mellitus for primigravidas are BMI before pregnancy, DM family history, early pregnancy TC levels, etc. GDM is also a risk factor for the incidence of postpartum diabetes.
