摘要
LG60轧机传动箱内齿轮采用两片斜齿轮同轴对称装配,齿轮由齿圈(材质ZG45Mn2)和齿芯(材质ZG45)装配构成。齿轮坯料装配完成后,齿面在同时间、同位置、同机床、同刀具一次性加工完成,得到两片完全对称的齿轮片。本文通过维修实践分析该配对齿轮片二次拼装工艺,使之维修后达到原来的装配精度,确保原设备的运行功能和精度要求。
The gear in the LG60 mill drive box adopts two helical gears with axisymmetric symmetry, and the gear is made up of the ring (material ZG45Mn2) and the tooth core (material ZG45). When the gear is assembled, the tooth surface is processed at the same time and same position, by the same machine tool and the cutting tool, and it gets two perfectly symmetrical gear pieces. The matching gear piece used in the secondary assembly process was repaired to reach the original assembly accuracy, so as to ensure operstion function of the original equipment and meet the preci- sion requirements.
