摘要
利用中国家庭跟踪调查(CFPS)2010年的成年人数据,以是否达到法定退休年龄退休为工具变量,实证检验了退休对自评健康状况、日常行动障碍、心理健康和自评记忆力的影响。结果显示,正常退休对女职工(非干部)自评健康状况和心理健康有显著的正向影响,对男性职工或其他方面没有显著效果。
This paper explored the impact of retirement on self-rated health, activities of daily living, mental health and self-rated memory among the adults using the data of China Family Panel Studies in 2010. The results showed that ordinary retired female workers were more likely to have good self-rated health and mental health, but no significant effect was showed among retired male workers.
