摘要
通过增加反应器、新氢线及注水流程,改造原料线、炉前混氢及低分气流程等措施,3.40 Mt/a柴油加氢装置可以生产硫含量低于10 mg/kg的国Ⅴ车用柴油。标定结果表明,升级改造满足设计要求,达到预期目标。
The national standard V automotive diesel with sulfur content less than 10 mg/ kg was produced in the 3.40 Mt/a diesel hydrogenation unit by adding reactor, new hydrogenation line and water injection flow, reforming on the crude material line and combined hydrogen in front of furnace and low fractionation gas flow. The calibration results showed that the design requirement and expect target were met after the upgrade reform.
