常减压蒸馏装置脱瓶颈扩能改造

摘要 山东昌邑石化有限公司常减压蒸馏装置原设计加工混合重质含硫原料油,改为主要加工轻质原油后,存在原油换后终温偏低、装置能耗高、常压炉超负荷运行等问题。通过实施换热流程优化、引入低温热水和高温催化油浆等换热介质参与换热、初馏塔常压塔更换部分高效塔盘等措施,达到了加工量大幅提升、能耗显著降低、目的产品收率提高的目的。 Problems such as the low final temperature, high energy consumption, and overload running of the atmospheric furnace existed in the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of Shandong Changyi Petrochemical Limited Company after the original design of combined heavy sulfurcontaining crude oil processing material replacing by light crude oil. Measures including optimization on heat exchange flow, introduction of low temperature hot water and high temperature catalytic slurry and etc heat exchange mediums, replacing part high efficient tray on the primary tower and atmospheric tower were adopted, and the purposes of crude oil processing capacity promoted greatly, energy consumption decreased obviously, product yield raised were reached.
