摘要
丁苯橡胶脱气塔运行周期主要取决于设备的堵挂情况,而聚合反应转化率、门尼黏度合格率、丁二烯回收、脱气塔结构、系统氧含量等因素又直接影响到设备的堵挂程度。主要分析脱气塔堵挂类型、影响脱气塔堵挂的原因,并提出解决措施。
Running period of the degassing tower for styrene butadiene rubber was determined by wall hanging situation of the equipment. The wall hanging situation was effected directly by the following factors such as conversion rate of the polymerization reaction, mooney viscosity pass rate, butadiene recovery, degassing tower structure, oxygen content in the system and etc. The types and reasons for wall hanging in the degassing tower were studied and the so- lutions were proposed.
