通过对羰基合成反应搅拌器机械密封泄漏、减速箱振动、轴承温度异常分析诊断,确定故障根本原因。经过检修并更换相关损坏备件,使羰基合成反应搅拌器投入正常运行。

The fundamental causes for fault in the stirrer for carbonyl synthesis reaction were determined by analysis and diagnosis on leakage of mechanical sealing, reducer casing vibration, abnormal temperature of the bearing. Normal running of the stirrer for carbonyl synthesis reaction was ensured by maintenance and exchange corresponding damaged spare parts.
