新疆城市竞争力与城市人力资本竞争力综合评价

Research on Urban Competitiveness and Urban Human Capital Competitiveness of Xinjiang Province

在界定城市竞争力、城市人力资本竞争力内涵的基础上,构建了城市竞争力和人力资本竞争力的评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法,对新疆15个地州市的城市竞争力、城市人力资本竞争力进行了综合评价,并分析了两者之间的相互关系,得出结论:新疆人力资本竞争力与城市竞争力呈正相关,人力资本对城市竞争力具有一定的提升作用,但作用不明显.

Based on the connotative definition of urban competitiveness and urban human capital competitiveness, this paper built an evaluation index system. By using the principal component analysis,this paper made a comprehensive evaluation of urban competitiveness and urban human capital competitiveness for the 15 states of Xinjiang, and analyzed the relationship between the two parts.The results show that there is a positive correlation between Xinjiang human capital competitiveness and urban competitiveness,and the human capital has a certain effect, though not significant, on promoting the urban competitiveness.
