摘要
为优化水轮机蜗壳水力性能,同时结合实际可知水轮机由于受地域和环境影响,存在水轮机长期工作在泥沙环境下,蜗壳受泥沙磨损的影响较大。对于提高水轮机蜗壳水力特性以及减少泥沙磨损,急需采取有效措施。本文把蜗壳中的水力损失和泥沙磨损结合起来进行研究,并建立优化特征函数,把沿蜗壳周向断面的速度矩变化规律,设置为优化变量。用编程设计证实可以达到提高水轮机蜗壳水力性能和减轻泥沙磨损。
In order to optimize the hydraulic performance of the spiral case of turbine and the actual situation, it is known that because of the influence of the region and the environment,there is a great influence on the casing of the turbine.It is urgent to take effective measures to improve the hydraulic characteristics of the spi- ral case and reduce the abrasion. In this paper,the hydraulic loss in the volute and the wear of the sediment are studied, and the optimal characteristic function is established.The variation law of the velocity moment a- long the circumferential section of the volute is set as the optimal variable.It is proved that the hydraulic per- formance and the wear of the hydraulic turbine can be improved by programming.
