秦皇岛33-1WHP平台水相滤网堵塞物成分分析 被引量:5

摘要 秦皇岛33-1-A2h井注弱凝胶调驱后,33-1WHP平台水相滤网频繁堵塞,堵塞物为黏稠胶状污油泥,其对采出液处理设备的影响问题亟待解决。该平台通过溶剂抽提对水相滤网污油泥进行了油、泥、垢、聚合物的分离,联合运用紫外分光光度计、红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对其组成进行了分析,其油质量分数为27.74%~32.88%,水质量分数为54%,碳酸钙等无机固相质量分数为6.59%~10.68%,聚丙烯酰胺类聚合物质量分数为6.53%~7.58%。无机固相主要成分为碳酸钙,聚合物主要成分为聚丙烯酰胺,油泥中的聚合物主要来自于QHD33-1-A2h注水井中的弱凝胶调剖剂,其分析结果对调剖井聚合物检测具有一定指导意义。 After the weak gel profile control applied in the well QHD33-1-A2h, the water system filter jammed frequently in QHD33-1 well head platform. The blockages are sticky gelling oil sludge and the problems need to be solved in this water treatment equipment. In this paper, after separation the oil, mud, scale, polymer from oil sludge by solvent extraction, the component analysis was made by UV spectrophotometry, infrared spectrometry, scanning electronic microscopy. The result showed that the oil content is in the range of 23.48% to 25.82%,the moisture content is 54%, inorganic solid content such as calcium carbonate is 6.59% to 10.68%, acrylamide based polymer is 6.53% to 7.58% in the sludge. The basis of the inorganic solid is calcium carbonate, the basis of the polymer is polyacrylamide, and the polymer in the sludge mainly origins from water injection well. The analysis results have a significant meaning on polymer detection after profile control.
