摘要 研究管网水力仿真算法能够提高注水系统的生产运行效率,降低油田注水能耗。油田注水管网系统属于复杂的流体网络系统,常规的算法在计算精度和效率上难以满足实际需求,阻碍了水力仿真技术的发展。为此,提出节点建模理论方法,基于质量和能量守恒定律,建立节点流量和管段压降平衡方程,并且应用矩阵分块计算方法实现各种边界条件下的水力仿真计算。经过算例分析,验证了算法的精度和收敛性。 Research on the hydraulic simulation algorithm can raise the production and operation efficiency of the water injection system and reduce the water injection consumption of oilfields. The oilfield water injection pipeline network system is a complex fluid network system, so the conventional algorithm cannot meet the actual demand on computational accuracy and efficiency and hinder the development of hydraulic simulation technology. Therefore, the joint modeling theoreticalmethod is proposed. Based on law of mass conservation and energy conservation, the balance equation about joint flow and pipe pressure drop is established, and hydraulic simulation calculation under all kinds of boundary conditions can be realized by applying the matrix blocking calculation method. Through analyzing calculation examples, the accuracy and astringency ofthe algorithm is verified.
