摘要 南海西部某海上油田在浮式生产储油卸油装置上新增一套气浮装置,采用涡旋气浮选技术,满足了油田提液后生产污水的处理要求。通过优化装置的操作压力、进液量、涡旋状态、FPSO运动姿态、内壁清洁度等影响因素,满足了现场工业应用要求。该装置投产后,在串联模式下,CFU进口污水含油质量浓度为70 mg/L时排海质量浓度可达15 mg/L,并联模式时排海质量浓度为20~30 mg/L,含油污水处理效果良好,达到了国家标准(≤45 mg/L),该装置具有分离效率高、能耗低、成本低、操作简单、占地面积小等特点,具有良好的应用效果和推广前景。 The vortex floating unit is installed on the FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading Vessel) of the offshore oilfield in the Western South China Sea to meet the treatment requirements of production water by using vortex floating technology. By adjusting the key factors impacting the treatment effects such as operating pressure, fluid volume into the device, vorticity, motion state of FPSO and the cleanliness of inner wall etc. , the unit can meet the requirements of field industrial application. After the device put into operation, in series mode the outlet OIW(oil in water) is 15 mg/L when the inlet OIW is 70mg/L; in parallel tootle the outlet OIW is 20 - 30 mg/L, reaching the national standard (≤45 mg/L). The device has features such as high separation efficiency, low energy consumption, low cost, simple operation, less land occupation, etc. , and has good application effect and promoting prospect.
