摘要
天然气管线压气站的压缩机功率大,且压气站常处于偏远地区,远离供电负荷中心,为保证压缩机的正常运行通常采用变频技术。针对西气东输三线工程,从电动机的驱动方案、变频调速装置的选用、谐波的分析与抑制等方面进行了科学合理的设计,确保压缩机组能够安全运行,同时实现了对长输管道站场供电系统的保护,满足了供电公司的要求,并改善了供电系统的运行环境,提高了供电系统运行的安全性。
Power of compressor in the compressor station of natural gas pipelines is large. These compressor stations are often located in remote areas and far away from the power supply load center. In order to ensure the normal operation of the compressor, frequency conversion technology is usually used. The motor drive scheme, the selection of the frequency conversion speed device, and the analysis and suppression of the harmonics are scientifically and rationally designed. These designs ensure safe operation of the compressor unit. They enable the protection of the power supply system of the long pipeline station. It meets the requirements of the power supply company, improves the operating environ- ment of the power supply system, and enhances the safety of the power supply system.
