Research on Recovery Technology of Vent Gas in Some Offshore Oilfield

摘要 某新投产的合作油田,在投产初期火炬放空量非常大,达到每天10×10~4m^3。通过对工艺处理流程进行梳理,同时考虑未来新油田投产情况,设计了放空气回收的综合改造方案,整个方案根据需要改造的迫切程度及投资收益共分为四个部分。目前已完成分离器独立生产控制阀、放空气回收系统、低压海管连接流程等三个部分的改造。为了充分利用回收气,设计了第四部分改造内容:新增注气压缩机。通过实施改造,可将每日放空量降低到1×10~4m^3以内,保护环境的同时,创造了经济效益。 In some new cooperative oilfield, the vent volume of flare gas is very large at the beginning of production, reaching 10 × 10~4m^3/d. In order to solve the problem, the oilfield designs the comprehensive reforming scheme of vent gas by analyzing the process flow and in view of the future production conditions of the new oilfield. The whole scheme is divided into four parts according to the degree of reforming urgency and income on investment. At present, three parts, namely the separate production control valve, the recovery of flare gas system and the low pressure pipe connection process, have been completed. In the future, in order to make full use of the recovery gas, the fourth part, namely adding new gas injection compressor, is designed. Through the reform,the flare gas volume can be reduced to less than 1 × 10~4m^3/d, which can protect the environment as well as creat economic benefits.
