摘要 针对天然气分公司油气加工五大队装置区照明设备能耗高、维修量大等问题,通过优选,采用发光效率等同原来钠灯和汞灯的氙灯来代替,氙灯寿命长、功率小,相对价格便宜,氙灯具有很大的经济优势;同时,通过可编程序设计,采用由计算机与现场数字控制器联接,形成一套完善的可编程序集散控制系统。实现无极平滑调节、自动分时控制、远程即时监控、延长灯具使用寿命,达到控制灵活、便于维修、操作简单、高效节能的效果,每年可节电12.38×10~4k Wh。 According to the problems that lighting equipments are in high energy consumption and the scale of maintenance is large in five brigade area of gas processing device of natural gas company, we take hernia lamps instead of the original sodium lamps and mercury lamps in same luminous efficiencies. Hernia lamps have great economic advantages such as long life, low power and relatively inexpensive. Meanwhile, it connects the computer with the field digital controller through the programmable design, so as to form a complete programmable distributed control system. Therefore, it can realize the effects including stepless smoothing regulation, automatic timesharing control, remote immediate monitoring, prolonging the service life of lamps, flexible controlling, convenient maintaining, simple operating, high efficiency and energy saving,and can save 12.38×10~4k Wh per year.
