摘要
刮板输送机是煤矿井下综采工作的重要设备,为了井下刮板输送机中传动装置的拆装方便,介于刮板输送机机头架和减速器间安装有联接垫架,连接垫架分别通过止口定位螺栓连接与机头架与减速器连接。由于刮板输送机的传动装置质量较大,且受减速器、连接罩和电机等结构的影响,整个传动装置呈偏心布置,所以采用传统的分析方法对垫架的强度分析较为繁琐。因此,以应用于SGZ/800/800型刮板输送机的连接垫架为对象,应用有限元法对进行强度分析,减小了强度校核时间,提高了垫架的设计效率,同时也为后续连接垫架的改进与优化提供参考依据。

Because of the scraper conveyor large transmission device the quality and effect of reducer, coupling cover and motor structure, the transmission device is an eccentric arrangement, so the cushion frame strength analysis is complicated by the traditional analysis method. The author applied to the SGZ/800/800 type scraper conveyor connection pad frame as the abject, using the finite to analyze the strength, and the strength checking time is reduced, the design efficiency of the pad is improved, and the reference for the improvement and optimization of the subsequent connecting pad is also provided.
