摘要
基于实现自动化采煤的必要性,从综采工作面的跟机自动化、采煤机记忆切割、采煤机自适应切割几方面对自动化采煤工艺进行探讨。电液控制系统、采煤机的记忆截割和成组自动化控制技术的使用,可提高采煤效率,加大采煤安全性。
Based on the necessity to realize the automation of coal mining , from the fully mechanized mining face to automation, shearer memory cutting, discusses several aspects of the cutting process automation of coal shearer. Adaptive electro-hydraulic control system of shearer memory cutting and group automatic control technology can improve the efficiency of coal mining, coal mining safety increase.
