蒙古族农民的进城再就业问题及对策研究——以通辽市茫汗苏木为例

A Study on the Problem of the Rural Re-employment of Mongolian Farmers——Taking Manghan Village of Tongliao City as an Example

近年来,随着我国经济的迅速发展,大量的农民工涌入城市,追寻更好的生活。对于蒙古族农民工进城谋职,将面临着更大的障碍和更多不利因素,因为他们大部分都成了既失地而又无恒业者。本文着重讨论蒙古族进城农民工的谋职及其适应问题,并在相关方面提出自己的对策与建议,以提升蒙古族农民工的市民化程度。

In the recent years, with the rapid development of China＇s economy, a large number of migrant workers have been pouring into cities for the better life. Mongolian migrant workers in cities, most of whom are not only landless but also jobless, will face greater obstacles and more unfavorable factors when they enter city for employment. This paper focuses on the Mongolian migrant workers＇ employment and their adaptations and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in their relevant aspects to improve the Mongolian migrant workers＇ degree of urbanization.
