思想政治教育个性化是社会发展的需要,是实现人的全面发展的需要,是思想政治教育的重要发展方向。主体间性理论为思想政治教育个性化提供了理论依据,具有重要的理论意义。在主体间性理论的观照下,实现思想政治教育个性化应遵循多极异质主体、对话交往、求同存异等原则,从营造宽松的环境、探索适合的方法、创新交往的载体、建立多维的评价等路径展开研究与实践。

Individualization of ideological and political education, highly demanded by social advancement and personal all - round progress, determines the development direction of ideological and political education. The theory of inter -subjectivity, with its theoretical significance, lays a solid foundation for ideological and political education. In the perspective of inter - sub- jectivity, individualization of ideological and political education should obey the principles of multi - polar heterogeneous subject, dialogue and communication, and seeking common ground while reserving differences.
