摘要
思想政治教育个性化是社会发展的需要,是实现人的全面发展的需要,是思想政治教育的重要发展方向。主体间性理论为思想政治教育个性化提供了理论依据,具有重要的理论意义。在主体间性理论的观照下,实现思想政治教育个性化应遵循多极异质主体、对话交往、求同存异等原则,从营造宽松的环境、探索适合的方法、创新交往的载体、建立多维的评价等路径展开研究与实践。
Individualization of ideological and political education, highly demanded by social advancement and personal all - round progress, determines the development direction of ideological and political education. The theory of inter -subjectivity, with its theoretical significance, lays a solid foundation for ideological and political education. In the perspective of inter - sub- jectivity, individualization of ideological and political education should obey the principles of multi - polar heterogeneous subject, dialogue and communication, and seeking common ground while reserving differences. Meanwhile, the research and practice of this approach can be conducted through creating comfortable environment, exploring suitable methods, innovating communication carriers, and establishing multidimensional evaluation.
