通过分析德国高等职业教育的特点、师资培养模式、师资素质提升和兼职教师队伍建设等内容,结合我国当前高职教育师资队伍建设的现状,从"双师"队伍建设、搭建师资队伍成长平台、如何完善制度并健全机制等方面深入阐述了德国高等职业教育对我国高职院校师资队伍建设的启示。

By analyzing the characteristics, teachers＇ training models and quality promotion and the part-time faculty building of Germany higher vocational education, combining the present situation of the faculty building of higher vocational colleges at home, this paper discussed the enlightenment of Germany vocational education on the faculty building of Chinese higher vocational colleges through cultivating the dual-quality teachers, establishing a platform for teachers＇ growth, searching approaches to improve the system and perfect the mechanism.
