上皮间质化是肿瘤转移涉及的重要过程,可以使肿瘤细胞获得更强的侵袭能力。对上皮间质化过程的抑制逆转可以阻止肿瘤的转移,改善癌症患者的预后。近些年对上皮间质化过程的各种通路的作用靶点以及药物的研究已经成为热点。试图通过对药物干预TGF-β1诱导上皮间质化过程的研究现状以及发展前景进行介绍,为相关的研究提供思路。

The epithelial mesenchymal transformation is an essential process in tumor metastasis, enabling tumor cell to spread more aggressively. More importantly, Inhibiting or converting the process may prove useful in pre- venting metastasis of cancer cells, which can also improve the prognosis of patients with cancer. Additionally, reports on EMT appears to be popular these years. A clear illustration is given on past-findings, nowadays the research of EMT and the compounds are becoming the focus of researches. The purpose of this article is to sum- marize some current related information to associate researches.
