Discussion on continuing medical education for the ophthalmic staffs in medical support area

目的探讨在对口支援基层医院过程中,眼科从业人员专业知识及技能继续医学教育的方法与实践。方法在临床门诊、查房、手术时机等情境下,选择合适病例,通过应用多媒体、辅助设备、网络及社交软件,基于TBL与LBL相互结合的方式,对此种教育模式进行实践及结果评估。结果通过此种方式,基层医院眼科从业人员的专业知识普遍得到提高。结论此种教育模式可作为一种经济有效的模式继续进行探讨和实践。

Objective To investigate the method and practice of the continuing medical education for the ophthal- mic staff in medical support area, including professional knowledge and skills. Methods It was executed in the situation of outpatient clinic, rounds and operation, choosing some appropriate cases with application of multi- media, aid apparatus, internet and social communication softwares based on combination of TBL and LBL, its effects were explored at the same time. Results In this way, the professional knowledge and skills of the oph- thalmic staff were generally improved. Conclusion This pattern of continuing education is economic and effective and worthy to further explore.
