循证护理能力组成探讨的质性研究

Qualitative research on competency composition of evidence-based nursing

目的探讨循证护理能力组成,为构建循证护理能力框架提供参考和依据。方法采用质性研究方法于2014年12月—2015年1月对11名曾开展或正在开展循证护理实践研究的专家进行面对面、半结构式深入访谈,对资料进行整理、分析、归类、对照和提炼主题。结果循证护理能力可由8个能力主题构成,包括护理问题识别能力、文献检索及评鉴能力、文献结果汇总能力、证据传播能力、证据应用情景评估能力、团队构建及协作能力、循证护理方案实施能力及证据应用效果评价能力。结论基于专家访谈的循证护理能力组成探讨可为建立科学、完整的循证护理能力指标体系提供研究基础。

Objective To explore the competency composition of evidence-based nursing, and to provide the reference and basis for building the framework. Methods Eleven experts who had carried out evidence-based nursing practice research participated in this interview from December 2014 to January 2015. And then the themes were extracted. Results Evidence-based nursing competency was constituted by eight capacity themes, including nursing problem recognition ability, literature retrieval and evaluation ability, literature summary ability, evidence transmission ability, situational assessment ability, collaboration ability, implementation ability and evaluation ability. Conclusion Investigation on the competency composition of evidence-based nursing based on expert interview could provide the foundation for developing scientific Evidence-based Nursing Competence Index System.
