摘要 用平面波展开法研究二维函数光子晶体的TE(transverse electric)波和TM(transverse magnetic)波带隙结构,并与二维传统光子晶体的带隙结构进行比较.通过给出不同介质柱介电常数的函数形式考察二维函数光子晶体带隙结构的变化.结果表明,二维函数光子晶体存在绝对带隙和半Dirac点. We studied the band gap structure of TE(transverse electric)wave and TM(transverse magnetic)wave in two-dimensional function photonic crystals by plane wave expansion method,and compared them with the band gap structure of two-dimensional conventional photonic crystals.We studied the change of band gap structures of two-dimensional function photonic crystals by giving the functional forms of dielectric constants of different dielectric columns.The results show that there exist absolute band gaps and Dirac-like points in the two-dimensional function photonic crystals.
