体育产业引导资金是财政用于扶持发展前景好、带动效益明显、创新性强的体育企业而设立的专项性资金,通过体育产业引导资金的杠杆作用,促进社会资本参与体育事业及产业的运营,加快经济的转型升级和创新驱动,从而带动经济新一轮的快速增长.从项目申报、项目评审、项目监督等环节出发,梳理了体育产业引导资金的管理现状,进而明确管理目标、优化管理过程、提升管理效益,为加快体育产业的转型升级提供参考.
