教育经费投入绩效评价指标体系研究

近年来,教育经费投入绩效问题逐渐成为研究热点。如何设计一套科学有效的教育经费投入绩效评价指标体系也是亟需解决的问题。高职院校应遵循经济性、效率性和有效性等原则,根据本校的特点设计相应的指标体系。该体系应将定性指标与定量指标相结合,在通用指标的基础上增加专用指标。这样能够解决目前指标体系存在的不够科学完善、设计通用指标困难等问题。

In recent years, the performance of educational funding has gradually become the focus of research. How to design a set of scientific and valid performance evaluation index system of educa- tional funding is a problem that needs to be solved. According to the principles of economy, efficiency and validity, the index system should be designed according to the characteristics of higher vocational colleges. The system should combine qualitative and quantitative indicators with a special target on the basis of general index. Thus the problems could be resolved that the current index system is not scientific enough and it is difficult to design general indicators.
