摘要
教职工队伍的建设与发展是高职院校快速健康发展的基础与保障。目前高职院校教职工队伍建设已取得显著进步,但仍面临专任教师数量不足、领军人才短缺、岗位分类管理不深入等问题。在优质校建设的背景下,高职院校可以从进一步深化人事制度改革入手,以岗位分类管理为指导,加强人才引进,全面构建"岗位设置、能进能出、能上能下"的用人机制,从而提高教职工队伍建设水平。
Teaching staff construction is an important basis for efficient and healthy development of higher vocational colleges, which has made significant progress already but also faces the problems such as the shortage of full-time teachers, lack of leading talents, shallow post classification manage- ment, etc. Under the background of high-quality colleges construction, higher vocational colleges can start from further deepening the reform of personnel system guided by the classification management, strengthen the talents introduction, and fully build the personnel mechanism of "setting up posts, be- ing able to move in and out, being able to go up and down", so as to enhance the staff construction.
