摘要
为提高输电线路运检监控系统监控效率,降低施工车辆外破导致的停电事故数量,文章提出基于声阵列的智能监控系统,针对远离城市、施工时间不确定、巡线成本高的施工隐患点,安装基于声目标检测与施工属性判定的智能监控系统,实时发现隐患施工行为,并通过微信推送至责任人员手机,实现对输电线路的全天时、全天候、实时、有效监控。该系统可帮助运检部管理人员及时掌控现场施工车辆活动信息,按需调度巡线资源,提高巡线效率,极大程度降低隐患转换成事故的概率。
In order to improve the efficiency of intelligent surveillance system used in overhead power line surveillance, and reduce the probability of power failure caused by construction vehicle, an acoustic array based intelligent surveillance system is proposed in this paper. It can be used for surveillance of construction site which is far from urban, or is hard to supervise due to not certain on terms of construction work, or may cost high on surveillance. The system can detect and identify the potential threats caused by construction behavior, based on acoustic signal from vehicle, and send WeChat message to responsible person once triggered. It is designed for outdoor use, which can realize day / night, all weather, real time and effective surveillance. Responsible officer can monitor vehicle status and condition of construction site timely, thus on-demand scheduling can be implemented, and effective action can be taken to reduce the probability of hidden accidents converted into accidents.
