摘要 随着"十三五"信息通信工作的加快推进和智能电网建设的迅速发展,电网业务类型和业务量不断增加,对建设具有更强承载能力的地县一体化通信网提出了更高要求。文章分别介绍了荆州地县传输网和终端接入网的现状,针对当前存在和面临的问题,提出了地县骨干传输网和终端接入网的同步建设思路,通过试点与实践相结合,使地县一体化通信网在功能上更加完备,为电网安全生产和现代化管理提供了可靠支撑。 With the rapid development of information communication work and the advance of smart grid construction in the 13th Five-Year Plan, the corresponding increase of power grid new business typies and volume has put forward higher requirements for the country-integrated communication network construction with stronger bearing capacity. This paper introduces the current situation of Jingzhou county transmission network and terminal access network. Aiming at the existing problems, this paper presents an idea of the two networks synchronous construction. On the basis of the previous pilot, the project will make the function of the county- integrated communication network more complete and provide a reliable support for the safe production and modem management of power grid.
