针刺足三里穴、关元穴对新兵训练疲劳缓解效果的研究

Effect of Acupuncture at Zusanli and Guanyuan on the Relief of Military Training Fatigue in New Recruits

目的探究针刺足三里穴、关元穴对新兵训练疲劳缓解效果。方法选取男性新兵60人作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各30人。给予试验组受试者足三里穴、关元穴进行针刺,留针30 min,1次/d,连续2周。对照组不做任何干预。分别在试验第1 d、4 d、7 d、10 d、14 d测量训练结束后30 min心率、空腹血糖、血清乳酸和主观感觉疲劳程度。结果两组年龄、身高、体重等无统计学差异(P>0.05)。针刺干预4~7 d后,试验组受试对象心率、空腹血糖、血清乳酸和主观感觉疲劳程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺足三里穴、关元穴能有效缓解新兵训练疲劳,适合军队推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture at Zusanli and Gyanyuan on the relief of military training fatigue in new recruits. Methods 60 male new recruits were selected and divided into 2 groups ： experiment group and control group, 30 in each; acupuncture at Zusanli and Gyanyuan was made to cases in experiment group, retaining needles for 30 minutes, once a day, the course lasted for 2 weeks ; no invention was made in control group; at the time point of 30 minutes after training on the 1st day, the 4th day, the 7th day, the 10th day and the 14th day, heart rate, fast blood glucose, serum lactic acid and subjective sensation of fatigue were detected. Results There existed no statis- tical difference in age, height and body weight between the 2 groups （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; 4 to 7 days after acupuncture inter- vention, heart rate, fast blood glucose, serum lactic acid and subjective sensation of fatigue of the cases in experiment group were superior to those of the cases in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Acupuncture at Zusanli and Guanyuan can effectively relieve the military training fatigue in new recruits, it is worthy of wide application in troops.
