摘要
"媒体一代"的大学生对高校青年教师教学能力提出挑战。基于新媒体技术对青年教师的教学理念、知识结构、知识更新能力、媒体运用、教学内容选择、教学组织能力和教学效果等方面影响的分析,以高校思想政治理论课为例,提出了提升青年教师教学能力的应对策略。
Students living in the "media generation" put challenge for the teaching ability of college and university junior faculty. Strategies to enhance these teachers' teaching ability will be presented with analysis of influences of new media technology on their teaching idea, knowledge structure, knowledge updating ability, media utilization, choice of teaching contents, teaching organization ability and teaching effectiveness.
