摘要
随着新能源汽车在交通运输行业的推广应用,新能源公共汽(电)车在中国得到快速发展。从产业发展、推广规模和车辆类型三方面,分析新能源公共汽(电)车的推广应用现状。采用数据抽样和对比分析方法,深入剖析新能源公共汽(电)车在电池性能、续驶里程、运营时间、运营里程等方面与传统公共汽(电)车之间的差异,以及充电基础设施建设中存在的突出问题。在此基础上,分别从完善财政补贴政策、加强运营监管力度、注重质量安全控制以及提升企业运营能力四方面提出具体的政策建议。
With the expansion of the new energy vehicles market, the buses equipped with new energy tech- nology are experiencing a rapid development in China. This paper analyzes the status quo of new energy buses in three aspects: industrial development, marketing scale, and vehicle types. Using data sampling and comparative analysis methods, the paper discusses the differences between new energy buses and tradi- tional buses in battery performance, driving range, operating time, operating mileage, as well as the key problems in charging facilities construction. Finally, the paper provides policy suggestions in four aspects: improving subsidy policy, strengthening operational supervision, improving quality and safety, and enhanc- ing operational capability of public transportation operators.
