目的:分析基层医院消毒供应部净化技术改建中洁净度各指标的检测效果。方法:改建基层医院消毒供应部,采用空气净化技术在高效、中效、低效的基础上过滤空气杂尘、菌落、湿气等因素,控制温湿度、风量、洁净度等优化消毒供应部的洁净和灭菌质量管理。结果:净化技术优化下的消毒供应部洁净水平显著改善,主要体现在无菌物品存放区、检查包装及灭菌区10万级和一次性物品库房30万级的洁净环境建设,所有等级指标和技术检测均符合环境评定要求。结论:基层医院消毒供应部采用净化技术改建意义重大,不仅工作场所整洁、美观、布局合理,还提高了空气净化等级,减少了医疗物品二次污染,提高了医疗器械灭菌合格率、无菌物品的储存能力和质量保质期,确保了医疗安全,提高了工作效率,推动和促进基层医院建设和发展,对基层民生改善具有重要意义。

Objective: To analyze the determination effectiveness of cleanliness indicator on reconstruction of purification technique in Sterilization Supply Department of a hospital. Methods: Using air purification technique in the highly efficient, medicine effective and low efficientto filter air dust, colony, moisture and other factors, controlling temperature and humidity, air volume, cleanliness and other optimization of the supply of disinfection cleaning quality management.Results: Purification technique optimization in the Disinfection department of clean supplies have been significantly improved,mainly reflecting in the storage area of sterile goods, checking the packaging and sterilization area 100,000 and one-time items warehouse 30 million clean environment construction; all grades and technical testing are in line with environmental assessment requirements. Conclusion: Purification technique in the hospital Disinfection and Supply Department reconstruction is of great significance, not only to complete the clean area construction, improve air clean management, reduce the secondary pollution of medical products but also, improve the sterilization rate of medical supplies, sterile storage capacity, quality shelf life medical construction equipment and environmental level, the construction of primary hospitals. The are also of great significance for people 's life.
