摘要
随着天基信息系统的快速发展,如何提高在轨信息处理能力并开展天基信息应用服务成为当前需求解决的重点问题。本文在分析了当前天基信息系统发展现状和特点的基础上,提出了一种具备高性能在轨信息处理能力的天基信息节点——天基信息港概念,及其基于高轨共位的模块化卫星组成的空间分布式系统的实现方案,阐述了天基信息港的系统组成、硬件架构和软件架构,并在此基础上提出了一种基于天基信息港的多源信息融合应用,创新天基信息应用服务模式,满足我国未来天基信息多样化、高实时和综合化应用需求。
With the rapid development of Space-based Information System, presently, to improve the on- the-track capability of information processing and to develop applications of Space-based Information Sys- tem have become the key questions. Based on the analysis of the present development of Space-based In- formation System, this paper comes up with a new space-based information concept which is Space-based Information Port. It is a kind of space-based unit with high capability of on-the-track information process- ing. Combining with high track collocation modularized satellites, the implementation scheme of space distributing system is presented; the constitution of Space-based Information Port, the hardware architec- ture and software architecture have been introduced as well. Additionally, the application of Multi-infor- mation Fusion introduced in this paper crated a new pattern of space-based information processing. This application meets the space-based information variety requirements, the highly real-time and the totaliza- tion demands in the future.
