Research on the Strategy of Driving Technology Transition for Enterprises in Perspective of Open Innovation

开放式创新环境下对企业技术创新的速度和质量都提出了越来越高的要求,本文通过对开放式创新环境下技术转移转化的特点分析,提出技术转移转化已经渗透到技术创新全链条,并按照研究、开发和商业化三个阶段分析企业推动技术转移转化的主要策略以及保障措施。

Open innovation system requires enterprises to improve innovation speed and innovation quali- ty. In this paper, the characteristics of technology transition in perspective of open innovation is ana- lyzed, and put forward technology transition has spread the whole innovation chain. According to the phrases of research, development and commercialization, presents the main strategies and supporting measures of technology transition for enterprises.
