摘要
自1965年初春,越南战争持续升级。鉴于当时的国际形势,越南民主共和国决定派遣三千余名学生来华学习。中国政府为了履行国际主义义务,克服诸多困难接受并妥善安置了来华越南留学生,有力地支援了越南的抗美斗争。但冷战背景下开展的高等教育援助,注定其价值取向不只是一种文化交流,更兼具政治、外交等多方面的考量。其后不久,由于"文化大革命"的开始以及国际政治形势出现的错综复杂的变化,这些越南留学生在上海的学习被迫戛然而止。
The Vietnam War continued to upgrade since early 1965. In view of the international situation at that time, the Democratic Republic of Vietnam sent more than three thousand students study in China. In order to fulfill international obligations the Chinese government overcome many difficulties to accept and make appropriate arrangements to Vietnam students and effectively support Vietnam War resisted against the USA. But higher education aid under the background of the cold war destined its value orientation not only a kind of cultural communication, but political and diplomatic considerations. Shortly thereafter, due to the beginning of the'Great Cultural Revolution' and the complex changes of international political situation the study of those Vietnamese students was forced to halt.
