摘要
提出了一种适应空间环境应用的小型化、低功耗、抗辐照光通信模块技术发展方向,介绍了该技术的具体设计方案并研制了4路收发一体DWDM光模块,对该模块做了抗辐照试验并对结果进行了分析。
This paper puts forward a technology development direction of miniaturization, low power con- sumption and radiation resistance optical communication module which adapt to the space environment application, introduces the detailed design of this module, and develops the four channel transceiver DWDM optical module, carries out the radiation resistance test and analyzes the result.
