摘要
在1250、1300和1350℃下对50%(W50)、67%(W67)和90%(W90)轧制量的纯钨进行了等温退火实验。运用显微硬度测试和显微组织分析,研究了温度和轧制量对纯钨再结晶过程的影响。通过Arrhenius关系式拟合计算出W50、W67和W90表观再结晶激活能Q分别为478、496和447 kJ/mol,并通过外推预测出在900℃时,W50、W67和W90的使用寿命分别为172.7、72.3和8.5年。通过对1350℃等温退火后的纯钨样品完全再结晶晶粒统计分析发现,完全再结晶平均晶粒尺寸随轧制量的增加而逐渐减小。
Isothermal annealing experiments of pure tungsten at 1250, 1300 and 1350℃ with rolling ratio of 50% (W50) , 67% (W67) and 90% (W90) were carried out. The effects of annealing temperature and rolling ratio on recrystallization process of the pure tungsten were investigated by means of micro-hardness test and microstrueture analysis. The results show that the recrystallization activation energies of the W50, W67 and W90 are 478, 496 and 447 kJ/mol respectively fitted by Arrhenias relation. The service lives of the W50, W67 and W90 are predicted to be 172.7, 72.3 and 8.5 years at 900℃. Based on the statistical analysis of the recrystallized grains of the pure tungsten samples after isothermal annealing at 1350℃ , it is found that the average grain size after the complete reerystallization decreases with the increasing of the rolling ratio.
