摘要
体验经济时代的到来、自助游市场的蓬勃发展以及移动互联技术的普及应用,为在线旅游业发展提供契机的同时,也为其带来新的挑战,而商业模式创新势必成为在线旅游业新的发展方向和价值增长点.该文在界定相关概念的基础上,分别从从业态、获利模式、核心业务等3个角度对在线旅游业商业模式进行分类,并对各类的特点进行具体分析,在此基础上,对不同核心业务的在线旅游企业商业模式进行比较分析,最后,分别从政府和企业2个层面提出相应建议与对策.
The coming of experience economy, the vigorous development of the self-guided tourism market and the popularity of mobile internet technology applications brings not only an opportunity but al- so the new challenge for the development of online tourism.So business model innovation is bound to become the new direction and value growth of online tourism. On the basis of defining the related concepts, this paper classifys business models for online tourism from three aspects, such as the type of business, profit model, core business. Then it analyses their characteristics specifically and compares the online tourism business on different core business.Finally, this paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions from Government-wide and enterprise level respectively.
