摘要 [目的]建立一种能适用于现场快速检测Cu^(^(2+))的方法。[方法]以纳米金颗粒(Au NPs)为基础制备检测探针,构建可视化检测莲藕中重金属Cu^(2+)的快速检测体系。[结果]AuNPs比色检测法对Cu^(2+)选择特异性强,通过肉眼可视从而快捷、准确地进行快速检测,莲藕样品中各个水平的加标回收率的结果在86.0%~94.4%,检测效果稳定。[结论]研究可为莲藕中重金属的快速检测提供参考。 [ Objective ] To develop a method for rapid detection of copper ions on site. [ Method] The detection probes were prepared on the basis of gold nanoparticles,the rapid detection system for visual detection of heavy metal Cu2. in lotus was constructed. [ Result ] The result showed that AuNPs colorimetric assay has a strong selectivity for Cu^2+ , and it can be quickly and accurately detected by the naked eye. The results of spiked recovery rate were from 86.0% to 94.4% ,the detection results were stable. [ Conclusion] The study can provide reference for rapid detection of heavy metals in lotus. s
