摘要 [目的]建立食用植物油中3种抗氧化剂含量的测定方法。[方法]利用甲醇溶解提取与离心相结合的技术进行脱脂处理,采用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定食用植物油中特丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)、丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)和二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)含量。[结果]TBHQ、BHA、BHT浓度在1~10 mg/L时线性关系良好,相关系数分别为0.999 92、0.999 95、0.999 93;检出限分别为0.54、0.48、0.48 mg/kg,回收率为73.7%~97.3%。[结论]该方法准确、灵敏,适用于各类植物油的TBHQ、BHA、BHT含量分析。 [ Objective ] To establish a method for determination of 3 antioxidants content in edible vegetable oil. [ Method ] The content of TB- HQ, BHA, BHT in edible vegetable oil was determined by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), using the technology of methanol extraction and centrifugation to conduct degreasing. [ Result] Experimental results showed that the experiment of TBHQ, BHA, BHT had a good liner relationship in concentration range of 1 - 10 mg,/L,the correlation coefficient of linear curve were 0. 999 92,0.999 95,0. 999 93 ; the limits of detection were 0. 54 ,0. 48 ,0. 48 mg/kg; the recovery of 3 antioxidants ranged from 73.7% to 97.3 %. [ Conclusion ] The method was proved to be highly efficient, robust and sensitive, and was suitable for the analysis of TBHQ, BHA, BHT in edible vegetable oil.
