摘要
2016年3月,饱受争议的玉米临时收储政策终究退出历史舞台。在此背景下,通过对种植端、物流端的成本收益进行分析,玉米价格下跌为下游玉米深加工企业带来机遇;进一步分析玉米加工企业产能情况,得出玉米淀粉开机率开始复苏,利润率逐渐回暖。提出了玉米产业发展的对策建议:建立玉米现代流通体系,完善物流市场监管体系,同时加强信息监测预警,完善综合保障措施。
In March 2016,the controversial corn temporary purchasing and storage policy eventually withdrew from the stage of history. In this context,through the analysis of the cost and benefit of the planting side and the logistics side,the decline of the corn price brings the opportunity for the deep processing enterprises of the downstream com. Through the further analysis of corn processing enterprises capacity,we got the conclu- sion that the corn starch start rate began to recover,profit margins gradually pick up. The countermeasures were put forward for the development of corn industry：To establish modern circulation system of corn,improve the logistics market supervision system, and strengthen the information mo- nitoring and early warning, improve the comprehensive safeguard measures.
