摘要
为了加强高职学生思维总结能力、思考能力和培养质疑精神,在跨学科视野下,从理论教学、实践教学、教学方法手段、新媒体的运用、考核方式方面对水产动物营养与饲料学进行了一系列的改革。改革成效显著,学生、企业满意度进一步提高。以学生为中心构建知识体系,注重思维总结,培养质疑精神,课程教学质量显著提高。
In order to strengthen vocational students' thinking summary ability, thinking ability and cultivate the spirit of questioning, a series of reforms on theory teaching, practice teaching, teaching methods and means, the use of new media, evaluation ways of Aquatic Animal Nutrition and Feed were conducted under the interdisciplinary perspective. Reform achievements were remarkable, improving satisfaction of both students and enterprises. A knowledge system was built centering on the students, stressed thinking ability, cultivated the spirit of questioning, which improved teaching quality significantly.
