基于GIS的浙江省特色小镇空间布局形态研究

Research on the Spatial Distribution Pattern of Characteristic Towns in Zhejiang Province Based on GIS

分析了浙江省特色小镇地理空间分布和产业类型,将特色小镇空间布局形态的构成要素分为用地、道路网、界面、自然环境,并分析了构成要素的特征和现实意义。重点总结了以定海远洋渔业小镇为代表的港口型特色小镇、以临安云制造小镇为代表的山地型特色小镇、以杭州云栖小镇为代表的平原型小镇。在此基础上分析了特色小镇空间布局形态影响因素,如自然因素、区位因素、产业因素、交通因素、社会职能因素、政策因素,试图创造富于特色、技术合理、功能完整的现代城镇空间。

The geographical distribution and industry types of characteristic towns in Zhejiang Province are analyzed, and the elements of the spatial layout of characteristic towns are divided into land use, road network, interface and natural environment, and the characteristics and practical significance of the elements are analyzed. It is summarized that Dinghai Ocean Fishing town is a representative of the port type characteristic towns, Lin＇an cloud manufacturing town is a representative of the small mountain town features, and Hangzhou Cloud Town represents the flat prototype town. On this basis, the factors influencing the spatial layout of characteristic towns are analyzed, such as natural factors, location factors, industry factors, traffic factors, social function factors, policy factors, which try to create a modern town space with characteristic, reasonable technique and complete function.
